Hi.

When I took my first yoga class it felt like I had come home to my body.   

 

Yoga led to meditation, which helped me realize I am not my thoughts.  It continues to help free me from negative thought patterns and re-ground me in the present moment. 

 

Meditation led to coaching, which was a surprising gift that brought it all together.  Receiving my own coaching has helped me to break through emotional blocks, see new perspectives, and deepen my inner strength and wisdom.

 

I love being able to share the wellness practices that have helped me so much over the years.  The ability to reconnect with ourselves, nature, and others is the ultimate healing.

My path has been a winding one, as most are.  From serving in rural Africa with the Peace Corps to serving as a public library director in Indiana for more than a decade, there have been wonderful and challenging surprises along the way.

I am truly honored to get the chance to serve others with wellness practices that have given me so much.  I look forward to hearing how you would like to grow forward together.
